               Low Income Rental Application

THIS IS LOW INCOME HOUSING AND YOU MUST INCOME QUALIFY. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN INCOME, THEN YOU DO NOT QUALIFY. 


TO QUALIFY YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING INCOME REQUIREMENTS:

  • A FAMILY OF 1 CANNOT MAKE OVER $27,900.00 PER YEAR
  • A FAMILY OF 2 CANNOT MAKE OVER $31,900.00 PER YEAR
  • A FAMILY OF 3 CANNOT MAKE OVER $35,900.00 PER YEAR


OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

A. Credit score of 550 + for all applicants

B. Current positive landlord reference

C. Current employment or income verification from SS or other source

D. Income of twice the rent

E. NO prior evictions or FED judgments

QUALIFICATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

YOUR APPLICATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL WE HAVE ALSO RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING FORMS SUBMITTED DIRECTLY FROM YOUR EMPLOYER AND LANDLORD:

  • Please print and complete this application.   
  • The completed application can be delivered to 310 N Center between Units 5 & 6 and deposited into the lock box on the right-hand side of the door, emailed to marshproperties.net, or faxed to 307-224-7525. 
  • If your income is SS, disability or some other source, then a current copy of your awards letter must be attached. 
  • For employment and landlord verification, the forms must be signed first by the applicant to release the information.
  • The employment and landlord verification forms must be received directly from the employer or landlord, not the applicant.
