Marsh Properties Tenants: Please complete the online form at least 30 days prior to the end of your lease. If you're on a month to month lease, that means your 30 days notice will not start until you have fulfilled your lease. Notice in the middle of the month will not be accepted or will not start until your lease is complete. 

Your forwarding address is VERY important in order for us to return any deposit (or any portion of that deposit) to which you may be entitled.
